BREAKFAST IN USM

Many places can be found in Universiti Sains Malaysia(main campus) for us to take the breakfast. One of the popular places is Anjung Semarak which is located opposite of  the Dewan Tuanku Syed Putra,the main auditorium of USM on the main campus.




This is one of the menu package for the breakfast that offered in Anjung Semarak. That's 'Menu Rakyat 1 Malaysia' which is it was the combination some of the healthy meals and drinks with lower prices. Besides for breakfast, they also offers the package for the lunch time.

Nasi Lemak/Coconut Rice

One of the popular menu in Anjung Semarak is Nasi Lemak.


Besides being popular among students, Anjung Semarak also is the place for the university staffs to chill out! Relaxing in the early morning while reading newspaper is the best way to get fresh in the morning.



Subaidah Nasi Kandar 's Restaurant also being one of the places chosen by students and staffs to have their morning meal. The most specialities in Subaidah's Reastaurant is the varieties of menu and and their good services to the customers.



'Teh Tarik' is the one reason why people choose Subaidah's Restaurant. 


Cafe' Siswa is the most the crowded places sinces it located in strategic way when student finish their class. For students that rush into the class early in the morning without taking any breakfast usually stop over here to enjoy the meals.

RISK OF NOT TAKING BREAKFAST


1. Susceptible to gastrointestinal disease

After a night of sleep, food is digested exhausted in the morning and needs to add. If you do not have breakfast, the amount of food in lunch will must be greatly increased, resulting in an excessive burden on the gastrointestinal tract and causes ulcers, gastritis, indigestion and other diseases.

Sumo wrestlers in Japan do not eat breakfast; they only eat lunch and dinner. So breakfast is very important. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, the best ratio is 3:2:1.

4. Easy to constipate

In the case of regular meals, the body will naturally produce the phenomenon of the gastrocolic reflex, enabling toxins from the body; on the contrary, if not having breakfast becomes a habit, it may cause the disorder of the reflection of colon, resulting in constipation.  Poor body detox, it is easy to turn into acne if toxins accumulate in the body, detoxifying through this radical approach.

5. Grow old faster
